Join us in 2024 for the Scheels Healthy Human Race!
This year marks the 39th annual running of the Half Marathon. The course is known for being flat and fast along the scenic Zumbro River Rochester trail system.
All races start and finish at the historic Soldiers Memorial Field Park track in Rochester, MN.

Half Marathon/Relay Schedule
- 6:00 AM – Packet pick-up begins at Soldiers Memorial Field Track
- 6:45 AM – Packet pick-up closes
- 6:50 AM – All half marathon, relay participants to their starting line
- 7:00 AM – Half Marathon/Relay start at Soldiers Memorial Field Track
- 11:00 AM – Course closes
5K Schedule
- 6:00 AM – Packet pick-up begins at Soldiers Memorial Field Track
- 6:45 AM – Packet pick-up closes
- 7:05 AM – All 5k participants to their starting line
- 7:15 AM – 5k Run/Walk start at Soldiers Field Memorial Track

Parking
Parking is available around Soldiers Memorial Field Park. Participants are responsible to find parking. Please do not park in the YMCA parking lot.
Cancellation Policy
If it is determined it is not safe to run no refunds will be provided. At that time all registrations will become virtual. In-person registrants will be given directions on how to register for the virtual race or register for the 2023 Healthy Human Race at a discount. The discount will be non-transferable. There will be a $6.50 fee to have your virtual race packet mailed to you if you are not able to pick it up in person.
